RETURNS POLICY

Here at By Bella Collective, we want you to love your purchases! As a small business, our stock turnover is rapid, and our inventory is limited. Therefore, we have implemented a strict returns policy.

1. Change of Mind Policy

If you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return it back to us at our boutique located at 14 EAST CONCOURSE BEAUMARIS 3193 within 7 days of purchase in store. You are eligible for an Exchange or Store Credit. We do not accept refunds in-store.

2. Exchange or Store Credits.

We offer exchange or store credits subject to the following conditions:

Full priced items can be returned to us for a store credit or exchange if the garment is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags still attached and in the original packaging.
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Sale items are final sale.
Refunds only eligible if garment is deemed faulty after assessment by the supplier.

3. Online Refund Policy

We will happily accommodate the following return options within 7 days from when you receive your order. Please read carefully before placing your order.

All full priced items purchased online can be returned to us for either a Store Credit if the garment is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags still attached and in the original packaging. In-Store purchases are only eligible for a store credit or exchange.
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Sale items are final sale.
Orders which are purchased with any promotional code more than 10% are not eligible for a store credit or exchange.
We cannot accept returns or exchange of sale items & swimwear. All of these items are final sale.

4. Returning or Exchanging

Please email bella@bybellacollective.com.au to issue a return or exchange providing your Order Number, Name, Reason For Return or Exchange, Or request a return through Shopify. Please allow 1-2 Business Days for your approval & then return back to: By Bella Collective, 14 E Concourse, Beaumaris VIC 3193. You are responsible for covering the expenses of returning the item and emailing through tracking.
